The downhill slopes of Heavenly Ski Resort, one of America's largest and most beautiful ski areas, are within a few short miles of Lakeland Village and can be accessed by the hotel's private complimentary shuttle. Also nearby are the Lake Tahoe casinos, which give guests a taste of the exciting Nevada nightlife. Lakeland Village Beach & Mountain Resort is one of Tahoe's premier condominium resorts. Guests sunbathe and swim on a quarter mile of private sandy beach with volleyball, a snack shack (seasonal), two tennis courts (seasonal), and a pier. Kids stay busy with free summer children's activities on the beach (available from Memorial Day until Labor Day) and a wading pool. This property also boasts a heated outdoor pool (two pools in the summer), two hot tubs and a sauna.
