This 1890's residence has been beautifully and thoughtfully renovated to bring back the carefree turn-of-the-century ambience with guests' comfort and enjoyment in mind. The Inn features a colorful decor with quiet charm, interesting old-fashioned windows, wainscoting, beautiful wallpapers, commissioned photography of U.S. National Parks, redwood moldings and fireplaces coordinated to please the eye and relax the spirit. A jetted tub is located on the private redwood deck and an aromatic rose garden is perfect for leisurely strolls. Guestrooms. Each room at the Country Inn features unique decor. Whether it be an old-fashioned tub, a brass chandelier or a wrought iron bed, there is something different about each of the accommodations. Expert Tip. The Mendocino Coast Botanical Gardens are the only public gardens in the continental United States fronting directly on the ocean. Turn right onto Mission Street/US-101 North and continue to follow US-101 North. Turn left onto Lombard Street/US-101 and continue to follow US-101 North for 134.7 miles. Turn left onto CA-20/Flower Street and continue to follow CA-20 for 33 miles. Turn slightly right onto CA-1/South Main Street/Shoreline Highway and continue until reaching the property. Approximate driving time is 3 hours and 31 minutes and distance is 185 miles.
