Location. Recognized as one of the most magnificent resorts on the Pacific Coast, the Hotel del Coronado is a historic landmark that occupies 28 acres of oceanfront property at Coronado Beach, Calif., just five miles from downtown San Diego and the San Diego Convention Center. San Diego International Airport is conveniently nine miles from the hotel.
Hotel Features. The hotel's spa features 21 treatments rooms, hydrotherapy, relaxation areas and steam rooms. The hotel includes a fitness center. Offering a favorable range of recreational activities, this family-friendly hotel provides opportunities for boating, bicycling, jet skiing, and special programs for children. Also popular among business professionals and conventioneers, the "Del" offers 65,000-square-feet of elegant meeting space with high-speed Internet access and multimedia capabilities. Take North Harbor Drive and follow signs to I-5 South.
Take I-5 South through downtown San Diego.
Proceed onto Highway 75 North toward Coronado.
Cross Coronado Bay Bridge. Stay left onto 3rd Street.
Turn left at the traffic light onto Orange Avenue.
