After approximately 2.5 miles, merge onto CA-70 North toward Yuba City/Marysville and continue for 35 miles. Turn right onto CA-20/CA- 70/Nineth Street. Turn left onto CA-20/CA-70/B Street. Continue to follow CA-70 North for 25 miles. Take the CA-162/Oroville Dam Boulevard ramp toward Richvale. Turn right onto CA-162/Oroville Dam Boulevard East/CA-70 Business Route. Continue to follow CA-162/Oroville Dam Boulevard East. Turn right onto CA-162/Olive Highway. Continue to follow CA-162 for 13.5 miles. CA-162 becomes Oroville Quincy Highway. Turn left onto Bell Ranch Road. Turn right onto Sunday Drive and continue to the property.
